Sam & Tim Davis have again successfully completed the Dedham 10K run. The weather held off nicely and we both completed well under the hour. We weren't last And it was fun too!

But even better, we've managed to raise another £390 for the Everyman Male Cancer campaign, an appeal of the Institute for Cancer Research.
