Tim successfully completed the Colchester Half Marathon on Sunday 13 March, raising money for the Everyman Male Cancer campaign, part of the Institute of Cancer Research.

According to the electronic chip, he completed the 13.1 miles distance in 2 hours, 10 minutes and 49 seconds, making an average of less than 10 minutes per mile.

But more importantly than that, we have now raised a total of £600 for Everyman, which includes a £40 offline donation directly to Everyman by cheque.  It's not too late to sponsor him, just follow this link to the Just Giving website.
