The HMRC have announced changes to interest rates applied to tax refunds and late tax.
terest on refunds of overpaid tax or on tax paid early will now be at 0%. The rate for late corporation tax will be 2.5% and the rate for income tax, VAT and most other taxes will be 3.5%
