Sam and Tim have successfully completed the Dedham 10K run again, raising money for the Everyman Male Cancer campaign, part of the Institute of Cancer Research. Sam completed the 10K (6.2 mile) course in a blistering 45 minutes while Tim managed a pretty good 55 minutes.

Not only did they finish without stopping, they have also raised almost £300 for the Institute of Cancer Research.  If you would like to congratulate them on their efforts, and for surviving the course, then you can still donate at the following Just Giving webpage.
